Q: how long will it take to view my custom design proofs?

A: Your custom designed artwork will be available for you to proof and approve or modify within 3-5 business days of your request.


Q: why am i being charged a $50 design fee?

A: The design fee required for custom images is to ensure your commitment to the work being undertaken by our affiliated artists located here in the U.S.A.. The artists are paid for their time, with the design fee being a one-time payment passed along to them. The fee is required before design work begins. If you place a product order exceeding $500, the design fee is refunded in the form of a discount on your invoice.


Q: Do you set appointments at shows?

A: Yes. We would love to meet you at any of the shows we'll be attending. Please feel free to email or call to schedule an appointment, or just stop by our booth! All of our events will be located on the Upcoming Events calendar on our site.

 

Q: Where are my products made and shipped from?

A: Your order will be printed, packed and shipped from our New Jersey warehouse direct to your door.
